Between myself a paid employee, and Chamberlain tech support - we spent 11 hours trying to get 2 garage doors to open and we could ultimately only get one door to work leaving the 2nd garage door disconnected from the system, we thought. It started off extremely frustrating. And in case you’re wondering…no, it can’t be disabled. Learned I have a Lift Master door opener - 5 years in the house and never looked up to notice. They are the ONLY smarthome company who has made this choice, and their user community is outraged. A great product if you follow the instructions.
